Hello Everyone,
We have had a short spurt of Spring Time and my Thoughts turn to Spring Gobbler Season. I have not been able to spend a lot of time in the field due to lots of paperwork.
I will be giving up dates of visual and audible Turkey sightings! Stay tuned!.....

Hey James, Great idea for a blog! I'm originally from Northern Maine but am currently attending Liberty University here in Lynchburg. I live for the outdoors. God has truly blessed me by giving me a father who instilled this love in me. I'm actually studying Criminal Justice and plan on applying to the Maine Game Warden service sometime next year. I'm ashamed to say i've been in Lynchburg 2 1/2 years now and haven't been on a single hunt. There is so much game to be had here but i just haven't had the opportunity to get out and find places to hunt yet.
One again... GREAT idea for a blog. My wife and I hike and camp quite a lot so I'll be sure to check back in a post any game activity we notice. Nice too meet you and God Bless!
